Tracking Macros

Who tracks macros?

I have done it off an on over the years and just picked it back up. I always think that I know how much of what I'm taking in, and boy am I way off. As I got back into a bulk after running the cut short (I got excited with new roids), I want to make sure I'm doing it lean. I'm glad I started tracking them. I was on track to be a chunky butt, again.

I use MyMacros app to track and I am pretty good about it, but sometimes I just guesstimate. What also helps is daily weigh ins. While there is a bit of variability, since I do it first thing in the morning, over the week, I can be sure I’m sticking to the plan.

I downloaded the my fitness pal. I think I got everything in their today. I went over on carbs, probably cause of that damn orange chicken and noodles from Panda. 🤣. Anyway, I'll take my reta shot tonight and not want to eat anything the next three days.

I totally get that, been there myself. Tracking makes a huge difference, especially during a lean bulk. It’s crazy how easy it is to misjudge portions when eyeballing. Props for getting back on it, man.
