Great topic @Shawn Totally agree diet and training are the foundation, but a quality thermogenic can definitely give that extra edge. I’ve had solid results stacking something like Yohimbine or Clen with cardio during a cut. Curious to see what others are using too.Fat-burning supplements are popular, but not all of them live up to the hype. I focus more on diet and exercise, but sometimes I will add a thermogenic to support my fat loss goals.

I am the same diet and training first. I have used fat burners like caffeine or a thermogenic here and there. They give a little boost energy and appetite control, but nothing crazy. They help, but dont expect magic.Fat-burning supplements are popular, but not all of them live up to the hype. Well said, bro. Too many overlook the basicseat clean, train hard, stay consistent. Gear only works if you do.Respect for keeping it real. Two years ago I was 210 pounds at about 25% body fat.
Today that’s down to 183, and about 17%.
When people ask me what I did, I always answer the same thing, “I’ll tell you, but you won’t like it.“
When they push, I simply say this: “eat less, exercise more.” Then I told him if they want some more specifics, I can help them out.
People are under the impression that there is some magic pill that will fix everything. Even using gear, you still gotta put in the work, and you still gotta watch your diet.
It’s Performance Enhancement, not Performance Replacement.
I mostly stick to eating clean and working out but I have tried fat burners Some gave me more energy but they are not a quick solution they only work if you are consistent and already doing the hard work.Fat-burning supplements are popular, but not all of them live up to the hype. What’s your experience with fat-burning supplements?
Most fat burners are just caffeine and hype. They can help a bit with energy and appetite, but diet and training do 95% of the work. I’ve used some thermos during cuts — nice boost, but nothing magical. Don't rely on them just use as a little support.Fat-burning supplements are popular, but not all of them live up to the hype. Thanks Jim, Yohimbine/clen combo definitely does work.Great topic @Shawn Totally agree diet and training are the foundation, but a quality thermogenic can definitely give that extra edge. Exactly Brotha. Fat burners can help a little, but if the diet and training are not locked in, they are just expensive caffeine..Same for me, I stick to diet and workouts first, but sometimes I use a fat burner for extra support. Some help with energy and controlling hunger, but they’re not magic. A few ingredients like caffeine or green tea can help a bit if everything else is already on point.
I’ve been trying Clen for this cut. Between that, diet and consistency in the gym, I’m seeing real progress. In fact, I’m starting to see my abs for the first time in my adult life! Interesting, I upped my protein from 200 to 250 a day and that seems to have really helped burn fat.Great topic @Shawn Totally agree diet and training are the foundation, but a quality thermogenic can definitely give that extra edge. That’s awesome progress bro Clen, clean diet, and consistency is a killer combo. Bumping protein was a smart move too lean gains while cutting is no joke.
