How many hours per day should you exercise

Hey everyone i am curious to hear your thoughts that how many hours per day do you think is ideal for exercise and i know it probably depends on your goals like fat loss, strength, endurance or general health but is there a rough guideline you follow Also do you think training more than 1–2 hours a day leads to overtraining or burnout would love to hear what worked for you
 
Most people do well with 45 to 90 minutes of exercise a day. That’s enough to get results without getting too tired or burned out. Training more than 1–2 hours can be okay if you eat, sleep and rest well. I find 1 hour a day, 5–6 days a week works best for me.

About An hour .. but again it all depends on your life , diet , rest recovery and most importantly your goal.

Right now I’m experimenting with shorter workouts. 30-45 in a three day split with day 7 off.

In the past I did closer to 90, but I think I was overtraining.

Bro , 1 hour a day is plenty for most goals. Fat loss, strength, or health you dont need more. Going over 2 hours daily can burn you out unless you are a pro. Train smart rest right and stay consistent.
