Foot cramps

Hey guys!

Around the end of March (31st, actually) I started Gentropin HGH. I started at 2.4iu for 30 days and upped to 4 iu at the end of April. Around Easter, before I increased the dose, I started getting random cramps in my feet, especially my left foot. It’s usually an arch cramp, but one night it was the top of both feet.

I’ve never suffered from this before, and info on the interwebs is sketchy. Has anyone else experienced this?

Cramping especially in the feet is actually a fairly common side effect during the early stages of HGH use, including with Genotropin. It’s often due to shifts in electrolyte balance, fluid retention, or even nerve sensitivity as your body adjusts. Increasing the dose can sometimes amplify it temporarily.

Make sure you're staying hydrated and getting enough potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Taurine supplementation can also help with cramping for some users. If it continues or worsens, consider lowering the dose slightly or spacing it out until your body adapts.

Anyone else here had similar symptoms and found solutions?

Thanks, @jim. If it’s a known side effect, that makes me feel a little better. I’ll keep an eye on it!

@jim is 100%right on this and I've experienced this as well. It was only temporary for maybe a week. I upped my hydration and started taking 3g taurine daily and haven't had any issues since. 👍
