Came across a study recently that talked about how creatine supplementation might actually improve sleep quality, especially after intense training sessions. That was news to me, since I always thought creatine was just for strength and endurance.

Interesting find man. I always associated creatine with power and pump, never thought it could impact sleep quality too. Might explain why I've been feeling more rested lately on YMS creatine. Gonna pay more attention to this now.

Yeah, same here. Since I started taking creatine, my sleep feels deeper and I wake up feeling better especially after tough workouts. I didn’t know it helps the brain too, but it makes sense now. It’s not just for muscles!
