Came across a study recently that talked about how creatine supplementation might actually improve sleep quality, especially after intense training sessions. That was news to me, since I always thought creatine was just for strength and endurance.
The paper suggested that creatine could help with recovery of brain energy metabolism, which affects sleep depth and cognitive function post-workout.
Makes sense now why I’ve been sleeping like a baby since I started using YourMuscleShop’s creatine monohydrate regularly
