Hi i am trying to build muscles without a gym. What is the best way to train at home? Are bodyweight exercises enough or should i invest in some basic equipment?

For diet what is the best way to eat for muscle growth? Any go to meals or tips that worked for you?

Building muscle at home is totally doable. Bodyweight workouts like push-ups, squats, lunges, and dips can be super effective, but adding resistance bands or dumbbells can really take it to the next level. A pull-up bar and some ankle weights could also be great investments.

For diet, focus on lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, Greek yogurt) to build muscle, good carbs (quinoa, oats, sweet potatoes) for energy, and healthy fats (avocados, nuts, olive oil) for recovery. Hydration and proper rest are just as important.

Are you following a specific workout plan, or looking for recommendations?

For building muscle at home, bodyweight exercises can work really well if you are consistent. Focus on push-ups, pull-ups (if you have a bar), squats, lunges, and dips. If you want to level up, you can grab a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, or a pull-up bar. For diet, focus on eating enough protein (chicken, eggs, tofu, or legumes), carbs (rice, oats, sweet potatoes), and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil). Aim to eat 3-4 meals a day with snacks in between. Post-workout, a protein shake helps with recovery. Just stay consistent and track your progress.

Rightly said by the other mates Bodyweight workouts like push-ups, squats, and pull-ups work great. For food, eat lots of protein like chicken, eggs, rice, oats, and veggies. Stay consistent, and you will see the results. What’s your plan so far?

There are a ton of calisthenic workout on YouTube, and those guys are OBSESSED with the idea that you don’t need weights! 😜
