Anti-Aging Supplements – Do They Really Work?

Henry R

Well-known member
A lot of people are using anti-aging supplements like collagen, antioxidants and vitamins. They might help with skin, joints and energy. But for real results, you still need to eat healthy, exercise and manage stress. Supplements aren’t magic on their own.

Has anyone here tried them? Did you feel any difference?

Yeah bro, I have tried some of them collagen, vitamin C, stuff like that. I did say they might help a bit with skin and joints but nothing crazy. If your diet, training, and sleep are not on point, they wont do much. Think of them like bonus points, not the main game. Solid food and consistent workouts still beat any supplement.

Thanks man! Makes sense. Good to hear your experience. I’m doing the same—just wanted to see if the extras helped anyone. Appreciate the input.

Supplements can help a little but you still need to eat clean exercise and manage the stress and also i have tried collagen and vitamin C and felt some improvement in my skin and joints but it is hard to tell if it was just from the supplements

Yeah, I’ve tried some like collagen and vitamins. My skin and joints felt a little better, but not a big change. Eating well and working out still make the biggest difference.

Yeah, I use a multivitamin and some collagen. Helps a bit, but like you said, it is no substitute for real lifestyle changes.

Tried a few mainly collagen and NMN. Noticed better skin and joint comfort, but nothing beats good sleep, training, and clean food. Supplements help, but they’re not magic.

I’m really focused on collagen and, since I lost over 40 pounds at my age, what I am seeing is the some loose belly skin in slowly tightening.
